About Me

Welcome!

I'm Chelsea Berghoefer. I'm a writer, reader, freelance editor, and occasional English tutor. Born and raised in Florida, USA, my adult life has been mostly nomadic. In just the past few years, I've lived between California, Colorado, Florida, and South Korea in at least six houses and a fifth wheel camper! I love adventure, but I'm also a big fan of home. Thankfully, I have wonderful friends and family who make nearly anywhere feel like home.

I've got a massive amount of love for cats and stars, and I've always found escape in stories of all kinds. I love stories with old castles and lost treasures, uncharted jungles, runaways exploring new corners of the galaxy. I like laughter and tears; challenges and a bit of heartache and happily ever afters. Always happily ever afters! My only exception is Cyrano.

My works of fiction include KLAUS AND JANE, a story in verse, and a YA fantasy novel, OF ROSES AND ROGUES, which is available on Kindle.

Though the stories I write may not always be the most groundbreaking, they are pieces of my heart, and I hope that you, as a reader, can find some connection in them too. Happy reading & writing, friends, and I hope many adventures are ahead of you!
